Join the Cornelius Police Department and Proshred Security in a "Shred-a-Thon" - another in a series of events to help build police-community partnerships through education.  You may bring any paper documents you want safely destroyed.  You do not need to remove clips or staples.  The goal of this event is to help protect you against identity theft by shredding personal documents:

• Obsolete Tax Documents
• Bank Statements/Cancelled Checks
• Financial Statements
• Insurance Documents
• Business Records  

Date:  Saturday, March 20th  (rain date the following Saturday, March 27))
Time:  10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Location:  Behind Cornelius Town Hall (21445 Catawba Avenue)
